ATLAS CLASSIC · v0

The nine-screen cockpit that started it all.

Before SurgeArc grew a world model — before Home, Next-Move, Objective, Tracker, and Tripwires — there was this: nine screens, one identity, zero fabricated numbers. It is not deprecated. It is not going anywhere. Every screen below is exactly as live today as it was on day one, and every one of them still sits in the current cockpit nav.

The philosophy

SurgeArc Classic was built on a single conviction: a founder’s dashboard should never print a number it can’t stand behind. Three rules, never broken, shaped every screen —

1 · Identity is sacred

The MRR walk balances to the penny, per currency, every tick. An imbalance raises a named alarm — it is never silently reconciled away.

2 · Estimates wear intervals

Retention, LTV, payback — every estimate is analytic Beta-math (closed-form, no Monte Carlo), carrying a confidence interval and a measured / proxy / hypothesis status badge.

3 · Refusal over fiction

Too little data, books that drift from Stripe’s, or a database that’s unreachable — Classic enters a REFUSED state and names what’s missing, rather than decorating a guess as a measurement.

The tooling

Same stack that powers SurgeArc today, because Classic was never spun off into its own codebase — it is the same event-sourced, append-only Postgres ledger (via Drizzle), the same Zod contract layer at every boundary, the same deterministic analytic engine (a dual-mode Python oracle, gtm_engine_slice.py, keeps the closed-form math honest in CI). No sampling, no hidden fallback numbers — the world-model surfaces that came later extended this foundation; they did not replace it.
